			<description><![CDATA[Stephen Davy Peter Smith Architects have been confirmed as the only UK practice to have been shortlisted alongside 7 other international practices to go through to the next stage of the competition for Belval Engineering Faculty Building (Maison de l'ingénieur, Belval); a university building for researchers and postgraduate (masters) students studying engineering and geophysics.
