Digby Road, Hackney has just been long listed in World Architecture News residential awards 2011. This new build 100% affordable residential development of 97 units rises from 6 to 14 storeys and has a living green wall and roof.

SDPSA obtained planning consent for Amhurst Road was granted planning consent for client Midos Property Mangagement LImited. The accommodation includes 80 Hotel Rooms, 90 student units, 600m2 retail space at street level that is demountable in the medium term to make way for a future underground Crossrail train station.

Construction has just commenced at Juniper Close. It is an infill site behind existing houses that will provide 15 social rent and 4 private houses with very limited external space. The new build scheme comprises 19 3bed 5person houses (3 storey) for Clients Quintain Estates / Family Mosaic, and is due to be completed in 2012.

Construction commences on private zinc house

Construction has just commenced on this private house in Hertfordshire for a private client. The house is clad in black zinc with vertical seams which run continuously up the fa�ade and onto the roof; coloured cladding elements highlight entrance doors and key window details. The narrow plan allows vistas through the building from one side to the other and double height spaces which are overlooked by a first floor gallery.

Construction has commenced on our 100% affordable 34 unit scheme in Lewisham for Family Mosaic. The scheme included green roofs and balcony fronts fabricated from recycled resin panels containing encapsulated seaweed. The scheme also adopts SUDS principles.
